The ScandiCraft mods

You install nothing

The official launcher installs the game and ScandiCraft content. You do not need to find or install any mods yourself.

The ScandiCraft HUD

The HUD includes your map, potion effects, armour, FPS and CPS counters, movement keys, a compass, remaining combat time and your cooldowns: pearl, wind charge, enchanted apple and scepters, each with its time left. The armour panel shows five slots: helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots and held item, each with its durability.

Place your HUD your way

In ScandiMods, click Edit HUD. Drag an element to move it: it snaps to the edges and to other elements. Pull its corner to resize it. Click it to show its tools: the eye hides or shows it, the pencil sets its size to the percent and, when it has settings, the gear opens them. Double-click restores its defaults. An empty element (chat, titles, boss bar, scoreboard, subtitles...) shows an example so you can see where it goes. Click Done to save.

Tuning the display

By default, armour, potions and cooldowns use columns, with the map at the top left, keys and CPS at the top right and the compass centred at the top. Your custom placements are preserved; Reset all in the editor applies this vertical preset. Armour shows horizontally or vertically, on the left or the right. Durability reads as a value, a percentage, a bar alone, or a combination. Potion icons come in three sizes. The CPS counter shows left clicks, right clicks or both, split or as a total. The compass scrolls as a ribbon, with the cardinal points and a marker on your heading. Cooldowns show in a row or a column, and you pick in ScandiMods which ones to show: pearl, wind charge, enchanted apple, escape scepter and other items.

The ScandiMods menu

It opens from the Options screen or the pause menu. You will find the HUD, CPS, Keystrokes, Compass, Macros, toggle sprint and sneak, plus Dynamic lighting, the Map, Shaders and HDR. Each entry switches on or off as you choose, and some open their own settings.

Five commands at your fingertips

Open Macros under Utilities and configure up to five commands. Click a row's button, then press the key or mouse button you want; Escape removes the shortcut. These shortcuts also appear in Minecraft key bindings. Done saves your commands. One press sends one command: holding the key does not repeat it. Leave a row empty to disable it.

Toggle sprint and sneak

Enable toggle mode in ScandiMods. Press your usual key once to toggle sprint or sneak on, and again to turn it off. Hiding remaining combat time in the HUD does not change combat logout rules.

Optimised performance

The HUD, map and dynamic lights are enabled on first launch. Shaders and HDR start disabled: enable them if your computer can handle them.

Choose your shaders

• Download :we recommend Modrinth to find shaders
• Installation :put the downloaded ZIP file in the game's shaderpacks folder without extracting it
• Enable :open ScandiMods, then the Shaders settings, and select your pack
• Performance :start with a light profile and turn shaders off if combat becomes less smooth

The map shows territories

• Every claimed chunk around you is coloured by its relationship to your faction: your own, your enemies, other factions, spawn, safezones and the warzone
• Below the map, two lines name your faction and the territory you are standing in, with its owner when it belongs to someone

The map stays fair

The minimap does not show players or caves through terrain. The widest zoom covers six chunks. It shows your waypoints, your faction homes and your last death location.
