Level costs, disabled enchantments and scepter restrictions.
Pay the displayed level cost
A 30-level offer costs 30 levels, rather than the 3 levels in standard Minecraft. Lapis lazuli still costs 1 to 3 depending on the offer. The resulting enchantment is not shown in advance.
Disabled enchantments
These ten enchantments are disabled on the server. Sweeping Edge is also removed from enchanting offers, anvil combinations and Survival loot. Sword attacks do not deal sweeping damage.

Scepters have their own limits
Creeper and Stoneward accept only Unbreaking. Repair and Antifall accept no enchantments. Unbreaking adds uses to the first two; it is not a random chance to save a use.
