Terms of use

By using the ScandiCraft website, launcher, or services, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

ScandiCraft is developed and managed by Fivarix, in Switzerland.

ScandiCraft is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by Mojang or Microsoft.

ScandiCraft provides a modded Minecraft PvP/Factions server, an information website, and a launcher that installs the game, mods, and updates.

The service may change, pause for maintenance, or stay limited while we prepare the opening.

You need a legitimate Microsoft / Minecraft Java Edition account to sign in through the launcher. You are responsible for your device and account security.

We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access in case of abuse, cheating, security bypass, or breach of these terms.

Sign-in relies on Microsoft Entra. By signing in, you authorize ScandiCraft to use the permissions described in the privacy policy (Xbox/Minecraft sign-in and session refresh).

You can revoke that consent from your Microsoft account; the launcher will not be able to sign you in until you reconnect.

You agree not to cheat, harass, distribute illegal content, attack infrastructure, impersonate others, or exploit vulnerabilities.

More specific gameplay rules may apply in-game, on Discord, or in ScandiCraft gameplay docs.

ScandiCraft brands, logos, text, artwork, and software remain owned by their respective holders. Minecraft, Mojang, and Microsoft remain owned by their respective holders.

You may not redistribute the launcher, proprietary mods, or ScandiCraft assets outside official channels without permission.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a complete absence of errors, especially during preparation and opening phases.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScandiCraft is not liable for indirect damages, loss of local data on your device, or interruptions caused by Microsoft, your network, or force majeure.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change. Continued use after publication means you accept the new terms, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
